Cost of camper registration for 2026 is $325 per camper. Upon completing registration, you will receive an automated copy of your responses. In 7 – 10 days after completing a registration form, you will receive a second email that explains if your camper has been invited to join us for camp this year. Instructions for completing payment will be in the invitation email you receive and payment should be completed within 72 hours (3 days) of confirmation of invitation. If you have registered and do not receive an automated response within a few minutes, please reach out to us directly. If you entered the wrong email address or entered a typo on your form, you will note receive important notifications as it is our primary method of contact during registration.
How to Apply the Coupon Code at Checkout:
Use the provided link in your email to navigate to the store and add the number of appropriate cabins to your cart. Click “View Cart” or click on the cart symbol in the top right corner to continue to checkout.
On the cart page or checkout page, there will be a small box that is labeled “Add Coupons” – this is where you will add in the provided code. Each code will be unique and generated for each camper.
If you registered and are paying for more than one camper, you can enter more than one coupon code at checkout at the same time. This ensures we correctly assign paid status to the correct campers. You do not need to checkout separately for each camper.
