Registration and medical permission form must be completed by a parent and/or legal guardian. Registration fee of $325 due after your have received invitation to attend camp. If payment is not received within 72 hours (3 days) after your invitation to attend camp, your camper will move to the waitlist and be processed again when all other pending invitations are concluded. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after July 10, 2026. All registration fees will be forfeit for any cancellations, no-shows, or other required forms after July 10, 2026.
You must complete an entire registration form FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL CAMPER THAT WILL ATTEND.
Camp attendance reservations are on a first-come first-served basis. There is a limited number of spots available for the Clallam Junior Grange Camp for August 2nd – 7th, 2026. Upon completion of this form your camper will be added to the list for reservations.
Starting 2026:
- Camper’s can list one name of another camper they wish to be in a cabin with.
- Immediately after registering, you should receive an automated copy of your responses. If you do not, please contact us via email at [email protected] so that we can fix your address
- You will receive a second email in 7-10 days after your initial registration with a notification of your application status. If your camper was approved/invited to join us for camp this year, a unique code will be included in the email you received and payment should be made as soon as possible.
No payment will be due for registration until you have received a notification of application status.
Purchase of a spot for camp (registration fee payment) this year will require a unique code that is not generated until you have been invited. Payment without a registration code will result in a refund and cancellation of purchase.
Please note:
Clallam Junior Grange camp does not have staff or facilities to accommodate any individual dietary requirements. Additionally, most of the camp site is not accessible for people with mobility impairments
